Referrals

You don’t have to be a dentist to refer a patient. Other Allied & Health Professionals can refer patients too. If you would like to refer a patient to Dr Rhonda, please click the purple link to fill in a traditional referral form.

If just need a quick check for an orthodontic opinion from Dr Rhonda then click on the grey link. Follow the guide using your smart phone to fill out your patients’ details, take a quick set of photos, your particular questions and submit. Dr Rhonda will then assess and advise.

PS: If you are a patient, you also don’t need a referral to see us.
